Several spells of showers will occur in Northern, North-Central and Eastern provinces, the Meteorological Department announced.
Showers or thundershowers will occur in few places in Western, Sabaragamuwa and North-Western provinces during the afternoon or night today (27).
The Meteorological Department advices General public to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by temporary localized strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.
